Nicol of Skene are delighted to announce that the company has been awarded a major contract to redevelop the Ury Estate in Stonehaven.
The scope of the project includes the development of roads, roundabouts and sewage management on the site, which will eventually feature a world-class golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, housing and a boutique hotel within the restored Ury House.
